Bible Study/Sunday School
Central offers a variety of classes for all ages to study the
Bible as well as classes on specific topics such as addictions and
divorce recovery. There are various openings to serve in areas
beyond teaching in all age groups. Contact our Minister of
Education, James Neal, at 910-892-7914 or

information.
The departments listed below meet for Sunday School every
Sunday morning at 9:00am. All departments, except Preschool and
Children, are exploring the Bible verse by verse at the
same pace. Below are the upcoming Sunday morning Bible studies.
Preschool Department The Preschool Ministry at Central
Baptist Church is one of our greatest ministry opportunities. On
Sundays and Wednesdays, the nursery of our church is open for
families to bring their children. We provide a nursery for
infants through age 3 at all of our services. Department

Children's Department
At Central Baptist church we understand the importance of investing
in children. With our Sunday morning sessions at 9:00 and our
Wednesday night sessions at 7:00 for 1st through 4th grade, we are
committed to creating a fun and exciting environment in which our
kids will enjoy learning about God. Jesus is not boring, He's
awesome, and we believe the same should be said of children's
ministry. We seek to offer innovative programming with skits, music,
games, and stories designed specifically for your child.
Because of the specific challenges facing our 5th and 6th graders we
have developed a ministry just for them. In Club 56, they have their
own activities and meeting space, with classes on Sunday morning at
9:00 and Wednesday evening at 7:00. We seek to prepare them for life
as a teenager by introducing them to important life truths, all the
while keeping things fun and interesting.
We are constantly planning activities for our children. Contact
Jeremy Autry at 910-892-7914 or
jeremy@cbcdunn.com for details or more information.

Student Department Our teens and young adults are a
vital part of our church. For that reason we have programs
tailored to meet the needs of our teens with age specific
activities. These activities include Sunday morning Bible
Studies in our Care house, Wednesday night programs at 7:00,
special activity outings, and student choir. Youth workers in
many capacities are needed.
Our college students have a vision to
fulfill 100% of their potential for Christ. During this process,
we expect growth upon growth. We have college students from all
over deciding to make Central Baptist their "church away from
home". This ministry is made up of young, vibrant adults, trying
to make it through college with the help of Jesus Christ.
